This lesson is great for people who are building their own computer or want information on the best types of video cards for the computer they already own. You will learn about pricing, size, and memory. You will find out exactly what kind of card you need based on the way you use your computer.

I have built one computer in the past (witin 2 years) with much assistance from a computer builder friend. Though I tried to help, I always seemed to have gotten in the way. This series of videos is very helpful. Though you can go to YouTube and search forever to find computer building help, these videos are clear and most impotently UP TO DATE! I would like to see some more information about compatibilities. For instance, I have a relatively new IDE HD but bought a brand new SATA HD, for this new build. It would be informative to know how both drives can be connected in the same system.

It would also be nice to understand how to erase and re format a HD.

All in all this is great.

Good job Michael and keep them coming.
