This three-lesson series should teach you what you need to know in order to determine if the MindBites custom store solution is the right one for you. Once you decide that it is (pretty much a foregone conclusion), it will also walk you through how to get a store created that is designed to easily bolt onto and to seamless match the look and feel of your existing website.
Video one walks you through a few custom store examples and shows you where to go (when you're logged into your MindBites account) to start creating your store. This video also covers the 'Settings' tab, which allows you to configure links, labels, web form email address, titles, subdomains, etc.
Video two takes you through the options on the 'Design' tab. This tab allows you to customize your store with colors, logos and images in order to achieve a look and feel for the store that matches that of your existing website (or imagined website).
The final video covers content management for your custom store - how to add content to your store, how to create categories, how to edit categories, how to order content, how to assign content to categories, etc.

Hey everyone! I'm Chelsea! I've been working at MindBites since 1997 as the primary point of contact for most of our content partners that have questions or need help of any sort getting up and running. I'm currently at work putting together a few different screencasts to help new partners out as they familiarize themselves with MindBites and work to get their content uploaded, packaged and making money.
When I'm not busy at MBHQ, you'll be hard-pressed to find me indoors. I love the outdoors and pretty much any game or sport you can come up with.

This is the first in a series of three quick screencasted videos that will cover the ins and outs of custom stores & their creation.

This video will walk you through use of the 'Design' tab in your custom store edit pages. Among other things, this is the tab you'll use to:
* input names and links to add to the navigation bar of the store
* upload logos and header images for both the main page and the iphone version of the page
* specify hex color values for different page elements on the storeThis is the second in a series of three quick screencasted videos that cover the ins and outs of custom stores & their creation.

MindBites Custom Video Stores 3/3: Content & Edits
This video will walk you through use of the 'Content' tab in your custom store edit pages. This is the tab you'll use to:
* add published products from your MindBites account to your store
* create, edit, and order product categories
* designate products as 'Featured' such that they'll be displayed on the main storefront
* assign products to one or more store categoriesThis video will also cover publishing custom stores and editing custom stores (even after they've been published).
