It is nice to know the variations of this technique. They are sure helpful especially when I know I can't do much of the full on 4D. I definitely use this in meetings.
I have done this in many different places, even during breaks in between classes to better my mood to prepare for an exam or major assessment.
I am so happy to finally see this video, it just reinforces the idea that you of have control over your life than you think and you just need to change your thinking.
