Growing up in Austin, Sean McNallie was passionate about gymnastics. This looks like the best way to wake up! I might have to bust out the yoga mat in the morning to give it a try. Sean walks you through the exercise several times, showing you how to make it progressively more difficult as you stretch and wake up.
