In this lesson, excerpted from 'fish man' Paul Talbot's series of instructional DVDs on aquariums and their upkeep, Paul will talk to us about things people should know about anenomes and clown fish. Anenomes and clown fish, as many people know, have a symbiotic relationship, but there are a few things that folks may not know or be prepared for when deciding to incorporate clown fish and anenomes into their marine aquarium. Clown fish use the anenomes for cover and refuge.
Most notably, different clown fish types (and individual fish) prefer different anenomes, so there's some work involved with figuring out which clown fish prefer what anenomes. The lesson will also cover: what you need to feed your anenome if you're looking for it to grow, how to position your anenome relative to corals, which types of clown fish are most and least picky about anenomes, etc.
