PLEASE NOTE;The workout is 33 minutes and 20 seconds in length and is highly energetic and aerobic.The step breakdown section is 7 minutes in length and can be found at the end of the dvd.This DVD has previously not been available to purchase outside Europe and is bought to you as a download due to International demand.

The workout itself is a good one. The choreography is taught step by step with a transition step in between. Then he does the entire dance in fours, meaning each step is done 4x, 2x, 1x with no transition step in between.

The production of the dvd is a little cheesy. There are flowers framing the picture. The music sounds tinny and his voiceover is louder than the music. It looks like a 1st generation workout dvd. Having said all of that, I did sweat bullets and had a hard time keeping up with the steps. Since it was SO SHORT, I did a yoga class afterwards to stretch out. I see that he has an updated dvd on British exercise tv. Maybe that will make it here.
