This lesson is part of the following series:

Prajna Home Practice Video Series (7 lessons, $115.83)

The following sequence is designed to deeply restore the body and the mind. This sequence helps reduce fatigue and sluggishness in the body and replenish the body's tissues.

Each pose is done with support in order to facilitate opening in the organic body within the neck, chest and abdomen. This provides a unique therapeutic effect within each posture to support the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and nervous systems.

Each pose is held from 3 to 5 minutes. Be mindful of correct setup for each pose as accurate positioning of the body facilitates the opening of the prana and nadis and improves the way blood and lymph is irrigated through the tissues.

It is advisable to watch each prop setup prior to going into the pose. We encourage once a week to reduce fatigue, improve sleep patterns, aid digestion and quiet the nerves. Take your time and enjoy.
