I have been a group fitness instructor for the past ten years. My journey began at NC State University's Campus Recreation department -- I have since taught fitness classes in health clubs in North Carolina and Tennessee.

I specialize in Zumba, indoor cycling, step aerobics and cycling; however, I also dabble in aqua fitness and cardio boxing.
