This lesson focuses on the movement 'Embrace Tiger Return to Mountain'. This Tai Chi Posture is similar to Brush Knee and Grasp Sparrow Tail in the Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form. It is comprised of 4 smaller motions - Pull Down, Roll Back, Press, and Push.
This lesson shows Embrace Tiger Return to Mountain, as well as a close-up of the hands, and a close-up of the footwork to assist you in learning.
Tai Chi is a great exercise for focusing your mind, increasing your balance, circulation, coordination, flexibility, posture, body awareness, breath control, and much more, while reducing stress & anxiety.
